Funny smiles playing on ordinary faces of women of different ages make them attractive. The artist admires the healthy beauty of his heroines, the national originality of their appearance. Sunlight pours through the open window, bright pink-red clothes of peasant women shine in its rays. It is the light and color that create a joyful festive mood in the picture. In the artist’s picture, the influence of impressionism is clearly noticeable.
